Processing & Shipping
Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Once an order has been handed over to the postal service, delivery timeframes are outside of my control.
Tracking details are provided on all orders.
Damaged Items
All items are carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so I can lodge this with Aus Post.
As part of the claim process I will work with you to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and this does include presenting to your nearest Aus Post LPO with the damaged item and all packaging for assessment and compensation.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Once dispatched, orders are in the care of Australia Post.
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact me and I will assist in tracking and resolving the issue with you.
Returns & Refunds
As most items are custom or made to order, I do not accept returns or change-of-mind refunds.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will always do my best to help resolve it fairly.
