• No changes are to be made once the print is complete
• Turn around time of 3-5 business days plus shipping (excludes large custom orders)
• No refunds on pre purchased custom orders
• No refunds or exchange on personalised or custom items
• All orders are sent with Aus Post with a tracking number
• ZB Creative is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels caused by Aus Post
